Uniya respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy. The personal information you provide to Uniya will remain private and will only be used for the purposes outlined in this privacy statement.

Personal information which will be recorded by Uniya

Uniya only collects and records personal information from you that is necessary to add your name to our mailing list, forward publications and other information to you and to arrange for payment for publications. The personal information we may collect from you and record includes your name, address, contact details and, if applicable, your credit card information.

The primary purpose for which we collect and record your personal information is to add your name to our mailing list and to forward publications and other information to you. We will never trade, sell, or rent any information captured or voluntarily submitted to us. We will only disclose your personal information:

to our colleagues at the Jesuit Refugee Service for the purpose of compiling a joint mailing list, unless you inform us in writing that you would like us not to do so; or
if we are required or authorised by law to do so.

Uniya will preserve the content of any email you send to us if we believe we have a legal requirement to do so. Any personal information contained in any email will be recorded and only used in accordance with this privacy statement.

In particular, the Uniya website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
